Meet Your Therapist
My passion for this career was born after seeing how much of a difference sports psychology would have made on my own performance while competing. I made the journey as a student athlete through school, earning a Master's in Counseling Psychology with the goal of bringing mental health therapy to both sports performance and general life coaching.

I’m a Flint, MI native who’s navigated life with a basketball in one hand and a golf club in the other. My journey began at Davison High School and took me to Kalamazoo College, where I not only earned a degree in Psychology and Anthropology/Sociology but also spent four years dribbling and shooting my way to all-league honors. My love for the game even took me to Italy to represent Team USA through AIST—an experience that truly broadened my horizons.
Back in Michigan, I pursued a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from Western Michigan University, and since 2015, I’ve been dedicated to the mental health field. My professional path has led me through diverse settings, from conducting psychological assessments at Pine Rest Consultation Center to managing a full caseload at Child and Family Psychological Services. Now, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate life's twists and turns—from anxiety and depression to life transitions and self-esteem issues.
My passion lies in sports psychology, where I work with athletes and performers to elevate their game and achieve peak performance. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me spending quality time with family and friends, hitting the golf course, coaching basketball, or cheering on teams at professional and collegiate events. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants, swimming in my pool, and soaking up the great outdoors with my dog.
